EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

This Event Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Trokeros Perrones LLC and You, the individual (the "Attendee")

1. Assumption of Risk

The Attendee acknowledges that participation in the trucking show involves certain risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and other potential hazards. The Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending this event and agrees that the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
 

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the event, the Attendee agrees to release, waive, and discharge the Organizer, its employees, contractors, and agents, from any and all claims or liabilities for injury or damage arising from the Attendee’s participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for property damage, personal injury, or death, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizer or otherwise.
 

3. Property Damage

The Attendee agrees that they are responsible for any damage to their own property, any damage they may cause to the property, or the property of others, including the Organizer's premises. The Organizer is not responsible for the security of any vehicles, trailers, or personal items brought to the event.
 

4. Alcohol Consumption

Although the Organizer will not be selling or providing alcohol, the Attendee understands that other attendees may bring and consume alcohol at the event. The Attendee agrees to consume alcohol responsibly and acknowledges that the Organizer is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the over consumption of alcohol.

By attending the event and/or by signing this waiver, the Attendee agrees that they will not hold the Organizer liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by over consumption of alcohol by themselves or others.
 

5. Indemnification

The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with the Attendee’s participation in the event, including claims brought by third parties.
 

6. Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, the Attendee consents to receiving necessary medical care and treatment. The Attendee releases the Organizer from any liability for medical expenses incurred during the event.
 

7. Miscellaneous

  This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

The Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
