Registration Information
BOOTH SPACE/SERVICES

The minimum booth size is 100 square feet

(Badges) Four complimentary badges with Custom QR Code for every 100 square feet of booth space

Each exhibitor will receive complimentary access to a list of qualified buyer attendees after the 2024 Trokeros Perrones Show. (List does NOT include email addresses)

Cost for booth space is $850.00
What is not included in the cost of my booth?

Carpet or floor covering is not included. bring your own.

Any furnishings (canopy, tables, awnings, chairs, etc.) bring your own.

Any utilities (electricity, water, phone, Internet, etc.) bring your own.
PAYMENT POLICIES

To be eligible for the Trokeros Perrones Show 2024, dues must be paid by September 20, 2024.

Payment must be made payable via Trokeros Perrones Payment Link . Which will be sent to you via E-Mail once application is approved.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Exhibitor for the booth is solely responsible for notifying Trokeros Perrones of any changes or cancellations. There is no charge for delegate name changes/substitutions.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations as follows:

No refund: Cancellation notices submitted on or after September 15, 2024.
Should Trokeros Perrones Show 2024 cancel for any reason, Trokeros Perrones shall refund the full amount of the booth
